J J was awesome! I am 48 yrs old, so I have had need for a mechanic or two over the years. The experience I had last Saturday morning at the Bixby Same Day Tire and Auto Repair was the best ever. They fixed my car's problem and in a super timely manner. J J was really great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Same Day is my new go to place for my car repair needs

They damaged my suspension, and tried to place the blame elsewhere. They did fix it at their cost. Then they broke my Lexus key, and it took them two weeks to replace it. But they replaced it with a hideous piece of plastic that is very much not the Lexus key they broke. Overall this has been an absolutely terrible experience and I would not bring my lawnmower there. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I certainly would never go back.
I got to the shop after being towed there, and the staff was friendly. However, I felt like I needed to share that I did not feel like I was being "honestly" taken care of. To start, I was very much over quoted on the work needing done on my vehicle. I understand making recommendations and I understand businesses needing to make money, but this was an over quote on what the issue truly was by about $600. This offended me because I felt like I was being taken advantage of in the situation I was in. After calling around and getting a better quote, I was able to get my car and take it elsewhere--which I appreciated. But, they lost a customer by not even matching the realistic price because they have a standard rate they charge for ALL jobs, which was not something I was willing to pay. I would just say to have some understanding of the issues going on with your car before taking it in, or you might be in my situation.
Dustin, and his team are absolutely rock stars. They did a tremendous job putting my lift kit on, then also installing my new wheels and tires and ensuring the job was done right. Oil change was very competitive in price for my new truck, and lets be honest, the service is outstanding and I would pay more just because of.
