The car wash completely crushed my passenger side mirror. The attendant took down my name and number, took pictures of the damage and then told me to come back because the manager wasn't there. When I came back they told me there was nothing they could do because they aren't responsible for side mirrors which it does say on the sign. He looked at it for 2 seconds. He told me that it was my fault because I didn't fold my side mirrors in before the wash. I asked if I was supposed to do that and he said yes. However, on that same sign under Driver Responsibility that is not listed so I had no clue that I was supposed to do that. Won't be coming back here. Also, if he knew ahead of time they weren't going to do anything to fix the issue a phone call would have been nice so I didn't waste my time driving up there.
I wash both of our cars here regularly. Love it and the workers!
We finally found it! A car wash like the ones in Dallas. They did a great job, my car was clean, my tires looked great and I have a 7 day guarantee on my wash all for $16. Very pleased and they have a detailing service too!
People were extremely nice, however that didn't make up for the wash. I bought the most expensive one, there was barely any tireshine on the wheels, all over my rims however. Under Carriage spray almost seems like it didn't even go off. Truck in front of me had trash blow all over from the truck bed when it hit the fans. Used to be Zudz and I used to go there all the time, seems like an ownership change possibly? However not worth the money I paid for the wash.
Wash is sub-standard at best. Never gets the wheels or under carriage good enough. Tip the attendants to wipe it down, since I got the basic wash they sent me away w/o wiping at all. NOT GOING BACK!
