Garlic nots and pizza were both undercooked. The nots had so much oil that it leaked through the box and got all over my car wallet and phone, so much that it actually ruined my phone. Terrible, will never purchase from this area again.
Has always been good, until something went bad and had to deal with the managers. All I wanted was a call back to explain why the pizza was mutilated one delivered. I still tip the guy. All I wanted was a wreath on an exclamation of why the pizza was destroyed. Never got one… Papa John’s should be ashamed.
Worst ever!! 2 hrs to deliver a pizza. Never heard of such cheap crap before. Cold too.
They messed up my order but when I drove down there the gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. Anything I practically wanted they gave me free of charge due to the issue. I would recommend this pizza restaurant to anyone of my friends and family thanks Papa johns.

Not a happy customer! We have ordered from this Papa Johns two times & both times our order was wrong. This time my husband called them back & told them we ordered the Chicken Philly, but we got the Philly Cheese STEAK, not chicken. He was told they would make us another pizza. I returned the incorrect order. I waited a few minutes while the man was at the drive up window, then he asks if I’m there for the Chicken pizza. I said I was & he brought the new pizza to the counter & started to walk away. I said “you know it’s not good that we’ve ordered here two times & got the wrong order BOTH times.” He just walked away. I said “well obviously you don’t care” & I started towards the door. He said “I didn’t say that.” I said “yeah, you did. “ Poor customer service ...
