Drove 6 miles so some lazy jerk can lie to us about getting our passport. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time.

The Bixby mail people have a huge problem with delivering mail correctly, it may stem from management… However about every 2 to 3 months we have someone give us mail it was improperly delivered or we receive improperly delivered mail, and then there is the occasional disappearing mail that never shows up in the first place.
Can I rate 0? The lost a certified mail. HUH? yeah. Attempted delivery, left a receipt, but they cannot find the item. The tracking number does not show up. I attempted to phone, but the phone number on the back of the delivery receipt was incorrect. I tracked down a phone number to the market street office and the person said they would search and call back. No call back. The 1-800 number does not lead to a live person, although I did figure out eventually how to get to a live rep, but then waiting time was over 1 hour. This i simply an observation that the USPS in this case has failed its mission on a very basic level. Next stop is to phone my Congressman and file a complaint, which I know will be faster than further attempts to track down through the USPS. This is beyond disappointing as a federal employee myself, since I take great care to provide excellent service and support. These people give us all a bad name. SHAPE UP BIXBY USPS!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
