Love Southside! Dr. Beall and his team are awesome. They are very caring and have always been a great resource for my dogs and cats needs.
I have four beloved pets in my family that go to Southside for regular care. Two of them are Irish Wolfhounds that have some unique health needs. I do not mess around with proper vet care for my dogs. I have zero tolerance for bad care. That said I am a HUGE fan of Southside and both Dr Wadsworth and Dr Beall.
Dr Wadsworth demonstrates a sense of urgency with my pets that I appreciate because it shows she listens to my concerns and really cares about the health of my animals. She has been available after hours when I have an urgent concern that I don’t know how to handle. She has spent time researching and connecting with other vets to help solve some difficult problems. Both Dr Beall and Dr Wadsworth have performed several surgical procedures with excellent results on my cat and dogs. I cannot say enough good things about their dedication, vet care and pet owner attention. I highly recommend this clinic!!!
Terrible vet and terrible service.
This WAS the vet we took our 3 1/2 month old puppy to. When we needed to board him for three days we called and were told they also did boarding. We asked what that included. It was a kennel room, and for an extra charge they stated they would take him out several times per day. We thought because this was our vet it was the perfect solution. The day we dropped him off should have been the indicator this was not a good thing. No one could find our reservation. When we returned and brought him home the first thing he did was use the bathroom multiple times and whine when he peed. I called and was told they only took him out once per day. I immediately took him in and was informed that I would have to pay for the UTI test. They were not helpful and I was in the end made to feel it was my fault. I left with no help for my puppy. Instead I am going to a new vet tomorrow to resolve the painful issue for my dog. I would not take any animal to this location. They accept no responsibility for their lack of care for my puppy and when I referred to what we were told by their technician, I was given the "here is our contract which states once per day." Why did I pay an extra daily charge for more?????
Dr. Wadsworth and Dr. Beall are the reason my 12.5 fur baby is still with me. I so appreciate their care and consideration. It has never matter what day of the week or time of day I called, they took time to help me. Sometimes they would call on Saturday afternoon to see how my girl was feeling. They have met me on a Sunday to give me medicine for her. I trust my fur babies with them and have recommended them to family and friends.
