Really great customer service even when they are super busy. Always helpful and knowledgeable with their products. When I need paint matched they have been able to match any color I have needed and also make it blend to my sample. I would recommend the Bixby store to my friends and family.
This review is about the customer service which is terrible. The selection is great and the paint is just fine (though I'm not very picky). I can't speak for professionals, hopefully they receive better service than I have. I have been in this store several times because the previous owners of our home painted the interior with Kelly-Moore paint. I was left most of the paint information but have needed a couple of color matches done and where else better to get a match than where the original paint came from. Every time I have been into this store it's like pulling teeth trying to get someone to help. I suppose I'm not the easiest customer for them because I'm not a male professional painter walking in with an exact formula to be mixed up. On the other hand, I'm not an empty handed idiot either. I always come in with samples from the wall, paint names, the sheen needed, and any other information I have. Today was the last day I will give it a shot at Kelly-Moore in Bixby hoping to be treated with respect and get the paint help I need. The worst one of all is the man behind the counter with white hair and glasses. He seems lazy, unhelpful, and always acts as if you're interrupting him. He's been this way every time I've been in. He usually passses me off to someone else a little more helpful (thank goodness). If you have another option in paint stores I suggest you go there instead because the Kelly-Moore store in Bixby is not a friendly or helpful place to be.
