Today I went to Lowe's to pick up some Miracle gro that I bought online and I went to the customer service the girl was pretty nice however I was sent to the back to pick up the Miracle Gro in home and garden. There was an older white woman that refused to get my order she claimed she was not going to call anyone I am disgusted by the way I was treated today I will not be back to this Lowe's location or any other Lowe's.
My husband and I were there for lumber, and we brought our puppy to work on training with distractions. The employees loved seeing a dog and were very understanding when he got chatty. One even gave him a treat after he sat down! Very thankful to have a store that allows well behaved, leashed pets.
Pretty much like the Walmart across the street, if you know what you want and can find, move, load it all yourself this place is great. If you need any help short of asking where something simple is... Well your gunna be disappointed. Go to Ace or HD when you can.
It use to be nice to shop there but now there is no one there to assist you with your purchases.
Cut our lumber to specification very friendly, fast check out even with a long line. Nice store.
